The best hotel I have ever visited. Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Despite the inconvenience, the hotel managed to maintain a high level of comfort and hospitality. Our room was well-appointed and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the area. The amenities were modern and functional, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing environment. Additionally, the dining options offered delicious meals, further enhancing our overall satisfaction with the stay. In conclusion, while the noise from the construction was a drawback, it was outweighed by the exceptional service and comfort provided by the hotel. We stayed at this hotel in November 2023 and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly. We received a warm welcome from them. The room was spacious and very clean. The overall facilities such as breakfast, the pool, and the sauna added more plus points for us. Our Car which was dirty due to the bad condition of the highway was cleaned by one member. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service, convenient location, stylish accommodations, and friendly staff.

Really a good place to stay in bhairawaha. Good and spacious rooms. Customer service is also very good. I didn't face any issue. The staff is friendly. They helped me with the routes and transport also.

Room are clean, tidy and the staff are welcoming and very professional. Closed to all the main tourist attractions. We stayed for few nights with my friend and we had the best time, amazing swimming pool.

Great new hotel with excellent customer service. About 25 mins from Maya Palace and 5 mins from airport. Rooms are big and very clean and so are bathrooms. Service is great, very nice staff all around. Don't think twice about booking this great hotel.

Highly recommended. We were well looked after. The rooms were good and clean and the service was excellent. Price was also reasonable. The food at the Tinau restaurant was also awesome. There was nothing to fault. If I am at Bhairahawa again I will definitely be staying here again and will also recommend it to anyone.
